Enabling people to report their concerns, the site was developed in 2026 by Erin Brokovich, who became famous as a paralegal for the attorney who sued Pacific Gas & Electric for contaminating groundwater in Hinkley, California in the 1990s. The lawsuit was chronicled in the 2000 movie "Erin Brokovich" starring Julia Roberts as Brokovich and Albert Finney as Ed Masry, the attorney who won the case. See AI datacenter.

The site discusses myths and truths and has a reporting page where people from every state in the country have submitted concerns, which are energy consumption, water usage, e-waste, location risks, scalability and efficiency. There are images of existing and proposed datacenters along with environmental and construction issues.

The website contains numerous articles and a video excerpt from an April 2026 episode from the CBS Sunday Morning TV newsmagazine.
